Coaching Programmes

At Koru, several different coaching programmes are available to support you in moving towards a greater sense of fulfilment in your life and work.  2020 has been a challenging year for all of us in one way or another. Many of us are re-thinking what we want and need from our future careers and how we'd like to live our lives. We're also recognising the need to build resilience to carry us through these volatile times.
So, if you're looking to supercharge your resilience, increase your confidence, transition your career or shift your mindset, we have the tools and the experience to help. All of the Koru programmes are founded on evidence-based techniques, primarily from Positive Psychology. One of the core Koru business values is using rigorous scientific principles to support the coaching techniques utilised in our programmes.

Resilience Coaching
As a qualified Resilience Practitioner, The Koru Resilience Coaching Programme supports you to;
  • Measure your current Resilience levels using the world's only resilience psychometric tool WRAW (Workplace Resilience & Wellbeing)
  • Identify your strengths and weaknesses in each of the resilience pillars - Energy, Future Focus, Inner Drive, Flexible Thinking & Strong Relationships
  • Develop in each of these areas and build your resilience for the challenges ahead. 
  • 1 x 90 minute WRAW debrief session
  • 5 x 60 minute coaching sessions to focus on each of the 5 pillars of resilience.
  • 1 x 60 minute 'wrap up' session to consolidate key learnings and develop sustainable ways to maintain behaviour change once coaching has concluded.
Confidence Coaching
It's part of the human condition to occasionally struggle with confidence issues, whether that be imposter syndrome in your current role or a general lack of confidence in your life and work.
  • The Koru Coaching Confidence Programme uses techniques from Psychology, Neuroscience and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to help you move towards greater confidence in yourself and a heightened sense of well-being.
  • Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural principles, we aim to challenge any unhelpful thoughts that may be undermining your confidence and support you to change your mindset 
  • We also provide you with tried & tested techniques from sport psychology to help give you confidence when you're in a high-pressured situation (such as a presentation or interview)
  • 6 x 60 minute coaching sessions including;
  • Developing a Growth Mindset
  • Strengths Assessment & Debrief
  • Cognitive Behavioural Coaching & Developing Thinking Skills
  • Learning Performance Techniques that work for you
  • 1 x 60 minute 'wrap up' session to consolidate key learnings and develop sustainable ways to maintain behaviour change once coaching has concluded.
