My business experience
I bring a valuable mix of business experience and psychological depth.
Since 2002, I have operated as a freelance leadership and team coach.
A combination of internal and external roles has given me a deep working knowledge of organisations and the challenges faced by executives and leaders.
In my early career as a consultant business psychologist I worked with senior management and board level clients across a wide spectrum of businesses. Subsequently I joined an international drinks company where my roles included Employee and Organisation Development Manager and Director of Human Resources/Organisational Capability

I engage in peer supervision quarterly and one-to-one supervision bimonthly.
